Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. You must have a valid driver's license for electric mopeds and motorcycles. You must have a valid form of payment on file.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all rides taken under your account.
Safe Riding
You agree to follow all traffic laws and regulations. You must wear a helmet when riding electric mopeds and motorcycles. You must not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You must not use a mobile phone while riding.
Vehicle Care
You agree to treat our vehicles with care. You must not damage, modify, or tamper with vehicles. You must report any damage or issues through the app. You must park in designated areas only.
Liability
You ride at your own risk. Howard County Bikeshare is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during your ride. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
